It's f**ked up and I like it.
This episode never fails to make me feel like a miserable
Why was his identity so hidden??
JUST WHY?!
If you're talking about Toji, it wasn't. It was constantly hinted at that he's the 4th child throughout the episodes, and with how Eva is with it's story telling, it wasn't just going to tell it to you outright.
Why did Asuka didnt outright tell him?
She had multiple opportunities, so does Rei.
Hinting such a obvious twist is not a part of good story telling unless they were going to do some kind of unexpected twist
If you're going to be this pedantic over inconsequential details that make sense if you actually try to relate to the characters, you can just stop watching. It was an open secret to the audience that Toji was the 4th child, it doesn't need to be a twist if it's intended to affect Shinji in some way.
Grow a brain, ffs.
Yeah yeah, shit writing thats what it is.
Unnecessary drama thats what it is.
Asuka's character is not consistent here?? Terrible character development thats what it is.
>shit writing
As if shit like this doesn't happen in real life.
>Unnecessary drama
By that logic, virtually every bit of drama in fiction is contrived.
>Asuka's character is not consistent
It's called being considerate and actually thinking how something might affect someone. She may be a fucking classic tsundere, but that doesn't mean she's a
Also,
>She had multiple opportunities, so does Rei.
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Even Asuka can recognise that, and it's not like Rei gives enough of a shit to tell Shinji anything.
Point is, everyone knew it would negatively affect Shinji if he found out that Toji was the 4th child, and they need to keep his morale up in order for him to pilot effectively. That's why nobody had the chance, heart or gall to tell him. It's literally the simplest bit of this entire show, and yet somehow you're too much of a
Censored to appease our gracious
Well well well. Look who's here? A blind fanboi!
There is a difference being dramatic and over dramatic in fiction , you bufoon!
Evangelion anime is shit, over hyped and over dramatic.
Darling in the franxx was way better than this shit , atleast everyone was consistent there and the ending was satisfying where as in NGE anime the ending doesnt even exist (not counting that stupid movie)
Stop cussing at others , you cunt!
Bitch please, Darling in the Franxx is literally just a shitty version of Gurren Lagann, Gunbuster and Eva in a trench coat pretending to be a big boy. The ending was nowhere near satisfying given how much of a lazy rip it was off of Gunbuster, which, I might add, is far superior to Eva in every way and I suggest you go check it out instead. Seriously, quit bitching and go watch something more your speed since you can't seem to comprehend solid shapes.
I'm fucking sorry
Did you just say Darling in the franxx's ending was satisfying?!?
Best Joke i've ever heard, made my day!
Atleast it was comprehensible and not a blattant mind fuckery like evangelion. Evangelion ending gave us more questions than answers
Oh, I didn't say I cared for your argument. Just wanted to thank you for making my day.
Oh okay. I guess you are a retard then.
What's cool about that is that I didn't ask
Evangelion is shit. Fanbois blindly love it because of they dont even know whats going on without some kind of fan theory and that's just shitty story telling not a brilliant way.
I also dont care about what you care or not care.
>shit writing
As if shit like this doesn't happen in real life.
>Unnecessary drama
By that logic, virtually every bit of drama in fiction is contrived
>Asuka's character is not consistent
It's called being considerate and actually thinking how something might affect someone. She may be a fucking classic tsundere, but that doesn't mean she's a total prick. She knew telling Shinji about how Toji was chosen to be a pilot would affect his mental state, and being friends with him, it would obviously tear her up.
Also,
>She had multiple opportunities, so does Rei.
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Even Asuka can recognise that, and it's not like Rei gives enough of a shit to tell Shinji anything.

That's why nobody had the chance, heart or gall to tell him. It's literally the simplest bit of this entire show, and yet somehow you're too much of a dumbfuck to even figure it out. Stop being such a colossal bellend and use your damn brain for fuck's sake.
WHYY
Do people actually die in this or does everyone has plot armour, guess i will find out later
ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Asuka still salty about Shinji not reciprocating the affection Lol
I dont get the thought process behind hiding the new pilot's info at all.
Why was that dude even sad about being a eva pilot?
Why didnt Asuka of all people didn't reveal the identity of the new pilot?
Unnecessary drama , MY ASS!
Eva almost killed Toji's sister.
Um, so what?
The real answer is to be over dramatic.
You must have a hard time processing other human's emotions. I suggest you go check for autism. Even if I make another real life example of the same thing, you still wouldn't understand, so there is no point explaining to you further.
I am sorry , my friend. Real people does not act like these anime characters especially during such situation.
I suggest you to go outside your room atleast twice a day so that you can actually see some real human beings.
Yea real life people also don't ride robots and wreck havok in a city.
Wait , are you real?
ye was confused abt that aswell
This shit disturbing af
finally, all the mystery has a reasoning
I'm punching the air right now. This ep got me so heated.
